Year 7 Dinner
Year 7 Dinner – Collette Burton – via email as follows:
“My name is Collette Burton, my daughter Emma is in 7MB and I'm coordinating the year 7 graduation dinner this year along with Lucy Greene.
Unfortunately due to work commitments we are unable to attend the meeting on Mon 18th and ask that you table the following request so that it can be voted on at the next meeting in June.
This year, as in previous years, grade 7 parents are seeking funds from the P& F to help cover the cost for the students on the night. Our request is for $35 per student which would be of enormous benefit to year 7 families in meeting some of the expense for this traditional "gala" event which marks the end of their school life at St. Kevin's, indeed a very significant occasion in their life.
There are 62 students this year so overall request is for $2170.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter and we will definitely attend the evening meeting in June and provide any further information required. “
This item was discussed briefly with reference to what has happened in past years regarding the P & F input. A final decision will be made at the next meeting which will be held on Monday evening 22nd June at 6pm.

Wendy Donovan confirmed that Sue Curtis has approved 50% of the cost for the outlay of new sporting singlet’s to be used in several sporting teams and events children from St Kevin’s participate in representing their school.
